What do HUMAN RIGHTS mean to you?

In support of the United Nations Decade for Human Rights Education
•
Art illustrating a point chosen from the Universal Declaration on Human Rights
•
Youth 8 – 18 years old may enter.
•
Illustration may be no more than 8” X 11”.
•
Entries must be received via mail or e-mail by December 1, 2007.
•
Successful applicants will be notified by December 10th.
